Ingredients
1 cup cold water
1 cup ice

1/2 large frozen banana
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon*
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric*
Method
Pop all ingredients in a blender and whizz until combined. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon & enjoy.
