Easy Vegan Frappe!


Run out of milk? No problem! Here’s a quick & tasty frappe recipe to give your body a super boost. 

Vegan Frappe Ingredients

Ingredients 
1 cup cold water 
1 cup ice
I scoop of LOVE SHAKE Vegan Protein 
1/2 large frozen banana 
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon*
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric*

Vegan Protein Frappe

Method 
Pop all ingredients in a blender and whizz until combined. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon & enjoy. 

*Feel free to adjust cinnamon & turmeric to your taste.
