Ingredients:
♡ 1 very ripe banana
♡ 1 cup of milk of your choice
♡ 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
♡ 1 ½ cup rolled oats blended to oat flour
♡ ½ tbsp cinnamon
♡ 1 scoop of the Love Shake protein powder
♡ Coconut oil or butter for baking
Instructions:
1: Blitz the rolled oats in a blender to make them into oat flour.
2: Mix all the ingredients (dry ingredients first).
3: Gently heat the pan with coconut oil or butter.
4: Pour the batter onto the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes per side or until lightly browned.
5: Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
