Overnight Oats with Vegan Protein Shake

Oats are great for your guts; they introduce fibre into your diet, which aids in digestion. Add Love Shake protein powder to your overnight oats mix to make a protein-packed breakfast. 

Add your choice of fruits and nuts, and you have a delicious and nutritious breakfast. It is super easy to make too!

Time: 5 minutes (and overnight refrigeration)

 

What you will need

½ cup steel-cut or instant oats

¼ cup plain coconut (or any plant-based) yoghurt

¼ cup almond milk

1 tbsp chopped almonds or nuts of your choice

1 tbsp dried fruit of your choice

1 scoop of Love Shake Creamy Vanilla protein powder

1tsp honey

Fresh blueberries or raspberries (optional)

 

How to make it 

  1. In a 250 ml glass container or mason jar, place all the ingredients and combine
  2. Place the container into the refrigerator overnight 
  3. Serve chilled once the oats have soaked up all the almond milk.
