Simple Peanut Butter Protein Balls
A simple, tasty recipe using superfood chia; a great addition for extra protein and fibre.

This recipe is the perfect base for adding your favourite ingredients to. Add your favourite nuts, goji berries or try using alternate crunchy nut butters to change up the flavour.
Roll the finished balls in coconut or chia seeds. So much taste, so much crunch.
6 dates (medjool are our favourite)
2 tsp chia seeds
1/2 scoop Love Shake Choc Hazelnut or Creamy Vanilla Protein Powder
4 tbsp of your favourite nut butter
dessicated coconut/extra chia seeds for rolling
• Add ingredients into blender or food processor and blend in short bursts until mixture is a rough paste.
• Roll mixture into balls.
• Roll balls in coconut or chia seeds
• Refridgerate protein balls and enjoy once chilled
